So, right now I am just kind of sitting around doing nothing...kind of bored. I am really excited for the premiere of Glee tonight. This is turning out to be a pretty good week - Glee tonight, dance class tomorrow, So You Think You Can Dance Thursday, and Cedar Point Friday! I AM SO EXCITED FOR CEDAR POINT!! I can't wait!! I really hope that we have good weather. I would hate to get there and then it start to rain...but I don't want to jinx it. I am determined to have fun no matter what though!

So, I watched "A Clockwork Orange" and "Tootsie" yesterday. A Clockwork Orange is definitely one of the weirdest movies I have ever seen!! It was really interesting, but it was definitely a heavy movie. Tootsie was great! It was so much fun to watch! Me and Chandra were cracking up during certain parts!! We also made some yummy cinnamon roles to eat while we were enjoying the movie.

I didn't do much else, except finishing a graphic novel I had been reading called "The Amulet." It was really good! I definitely can't wait until the next one comes out! Now I need to finish the rest of the Twilight series. My grandma got me New Moon, so I have that one. But I still have to get the other two. I want to wait until they come out in paperback so I might end up checking them out of the library for now. There is also some other books that I want to read. I was just recently introduced to author John Green and I've heard that his books are great, so I really really want to read them! He even has a cool channel on youtube called Brotherhood 2.0! It's with him and his brother and the videos are great! Maybe I might go to the bookstore sometime this week! :)

So, I've been staying home a lot these past few weeks and it is really starting to get boring!! I mean, it is great to get to watch movies, catch up on reading, surf the net, etc. But after a while, these things get boring! So now I am kind of stuck in that weird state of I want to be lazy but I also want to get out and do something because I can't stand being at home any longer. I'm trying to enjoy doing nothing because I know that it won't last forever, but sometimes I just need something to do.

Oh, and I forgot. Me and my roommate, Chandra, brought up my keyboard from the basement so I have been playing that a lot lately. I had forgotten how much fun the piano could be. I really missed it!!

Well, hopefully I will find some more things to do this week!

I am so excited!! I get to see Wicked tomorrow!! It is going to be at the Detroit Opera House. I just hope that I can work things out so that I can meet up with one of my friends because I doubt that I would be able to find it on my own. I get lost so easily, it is not even funny!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!! :)

I can't believe it! I am finally done with student teaching! It so wonderful and scary all at the same time! I am so looking forward to my month off, but I am terrified of substitute teaching after my break. Hopefully that goes well!
Christmas is coming, so I thought that it was time to switch up the icon. I have a few Christmas ones saved so maybe I'll switch up a few times within the next little bit.
Now I am off to get into bed and enjoy my wonderful night of relaxation without having to worry about doing lesson plans and grading papers tomorrow! Ah, feels so wonderful!! :)

Man, I knew this day had to come sooner or later, but does it have to be here tomorrow! I really do not want to start school again. I was really enjoying being able to just sit around and do nothing in the evenings and not have to worry about typing papers or studying or doing all of the other lovely things that school brings! I am REALLY NOT looking forward to having to worry about those things again. Oh well, I guess I need to just enjoy it because I will be done with college in the Fall and knowing me, I will probably miss it after I graduate!

I had a really good day today because after church ended this morning one of the ladies that I work with in KICKS (the kids class) asked me to go out to lunch with her and her mom. She is one of my favorite teachers that I had from middle school and I love just getting to go out and talk to her. We were going to go to Texas Road House, but it was EXTREMELY busy, so we ended up going to Mancenos (don't know how to spell it). I got a BLT grinder, which was really good might I add! We talked about different things that was going on with school and I started talking about student teaching and I told her that I was worried that I wasn't going to know what to do once I start with my student teaching in the fall and she told me that I can come and talk to her any time and she would help me with it. It's so nice to know that I have at least one person to go to for advice that has been through the same types of things!

After I got home, I hung around with my mom and Tim, which was good but the only thing is that the house smells like paint right now because we are trying to remodel my brothers room before he moves back in. I had to go out for a drive at one point because the smell was just unbarable. But, it did give me an excuse to treat myself, so I ended up going to McDonalds and getting myself a chocolate milkshake. It was really good! haha!

Well, I guess I better get in bed since I have to start school in the morning. What movie should I fall asleep to tonight? Not sure yet. Guess I better go find one so that I can get some sleep.

Well, today went really good at work!! I was kind of worried at the beginning of the day because it was Cheryl's 1st day back and I was worried that she was going to be upset with me because of all of the errors that have been happening! But it turned out ok. I was really jealous of her when she told us that she went whale watching durring her vacation in Maine. She said that she saw like 40 whales (3 different kinds). That would be so cool!!!
I have been obsessed with SYTYCD lately!!! i can't help it!! The dancers are AMAZING!! Lauren is my favorite (as you can see in my icon). She is just an amazing dancer!!

I have so many things that I am looking forward to right now! My best friend Katie is coming home this week after being gone for a whole month!! I am so excited to see her!!

Well, today I have to go back to work. My nice little break from yesturday is over!! I really did not want to get up this morning!! My alarm went off at 7:30 and I was still sleepy so I set it for 8. When it went off the second time, I told myself that I had to get up!! Hopefully today goes by smoothly and quickly!!!

So, I just got done watching So You Think You Can Dance and I decided that I should probably post in this thing! Well, today has been great because I did not have to go to work. Cheryl called me and said that there was not any work to do!! So I've been cleaning my room and reading and just taking it easy today! I really needed to have today off anyway because me and my mom went to the Creedence Clearwater Revisited concert last night and we did not get home until late. The concert ended up being pretty good though. We were kind of worried because we found out that the lead singer wasn't going to be there, but it all worked out fine. There were a lot of people that were dancing and some of them were just halarious to watch!!
Oh, and I got a new icon because I just saw Bridge To Terabithia a couple of days ago when it came out on dvd and I am really obsessed with it right now!! It's a good movie! I read the book a while back so I kind of knew the story and everything. But they did a really good job with the movie. I am rereading the book now just because the movie put me in the mood to revisit it! I think that I will probably be done with it by tonight because it is a very short book! I'll probably be looking for something else to read within the next couple of days. I already have a few ideas, I'm just not sure which one that I am going to choose yet.

Well, today is the last night that I am going to be 23. It really seems wierd that I am going to be 24! I don't feel that old!! Oh well! I am really excited because I am going to get to hang out with one of my friends tomorrow that I have not seen in about a year!! It is going to be a lot of fun!!
Oh, and since I am going to be missing So You Think You Can Dance tomorrow night, I have to make sure to tape it!! Hopefully I won't forget! I am really starting to get into it again just like last season!
Deanna told me today that the Gwen Stefani concert was really good! She said that Akon ended up being there and she was all excited and everything when she was talking about it! It was funny! It reminded me of when I went to see the So You Think You Can Dance show when they came here last year!
Well, I can't really think of anything else to say. Plus it is getting late and I have to get in bed! So let me just stop here and say goodnight!
(Oh, and i got my new icon because I have been listening to RENT a lot lately, so I figured it was time for me to get a RENT icon!)

Today was just one of those days where I was just really out of it! My allergies have been terrible lately! This morning when I woke up, I had the worst headache and it continued all day. So, when i came home, I took a Benadryl. It helped my headache, but it made me very drowsy and I caught myself falling asleep at like 6:30.
When I finally was able to wake up, i watched So You Think You Can Dance. I can't believe that it has been a year since the last season! It's all really exciting watching it again and everything!

Oh, and i cannot believe how stupid I am!! I am the worst person in the world to keep up with my cellphone! I always let it go forever without checking it! So, this weekend I did not check my cellphone until I decided to put it on charge at like 12:30 Monday night. Well, this happens to be the weekend we are all suppost to go to the dead body exibit, but i was not going to be able to go because I could not afford it, so I just forgot about it. Well, you'd think a normal person would think to call someone and tell them that I was not going, but I was stupid and forgot! So, in short, I am sooo sorry Jackie for not calling and letting you know about all of this. PLEASE forgive me!!!!!

Ok, now that I got all of that off of my chest, I think that I am going to bed. Goodnight!

Well, it feels like there should be a lot to say because I have not posted a journal entry in a LONG time. But sadly, there is not a lot to report. There is one thing though. One of my best friends is moving to Kansas either sometime this week or next week. This just seems so wierd to me because I have been friends with her since sixth grade. We hung out last weekend and I finally got to see Pirates of the Carabean 2. I know, it's taken me forever to see it, but it's better late than never, right?! But anyway, I hung out with her last weekend and it is probably going to be the last time I see her in the next year or two. It is just going to be so wierd not being able to see her and hang out and stuff! I will definately miss her!!
Work has been going good!! I like my new schedule this semester because I am working at a different place each day of the week! Monday is the daycare office, Tuesday is the library, Wednesday is kindergarten, Thurday is the library and Friday is kindergarten. So, it's cool! I love it!
Tomorrow I get to finish watching Cars with the kindergarteners. They get to have a "movie Friday" every week and last week they watched the first hour of the movie Cars. But, they had to wait until this week in order to finish it because they are only allowed to watch a movie for an hour. This would be torture if I was their age. I would hate to start a movie one week and have to wait an entire week before I was able to see the ending. O well!
Well, I can't really think of anything else to say. I need to get in bed anyways, so let me just end things here and say goodnight.

Guess what I got yesturday?! KIRBY SQEAK SQAD for my nintendo ds!! It is a lot of fun!! The only thing is that right now I am stuck on the end boss for level 3!! I am determined to beat this thing!!!

wow! i can't believe that it has been this long since i have written in here! well, i'm on my spring break now and i am just kind of taking it easy here at home. been watching some tv and watching movies. oh, and i also just finished the book called the sisterhood of the traveling pants. it was a great book!!! i need to clean my room, but it just too hard to get the enerdy to do that!! it's nice to not have to do anything! hopefully i will get something productive done this week though! lol!

It is so hard to believe that Christmas is in two days!! I am going to be celebrating Christmas at home tomorrow morning because I have to go to my dads on Christmas day. It's really exciting!!! But, I kind of wish that we had some snow. I NEED snow for Christmas!!!
I finally got all of my gifts wrapped! I went out shopping last night with my brother and finished my Christmas shopping. Hopefully everyone likes their gifts!
Anyway, I hope that everyone has a GREAT Christmas!!!

I am finally done with all of my papers for school!!!! I am so happy that I finally get a break!!!!! Now I just have to worry about my two exams om Monday because after that, I will be done!!!! YEAH!!! I can't wait!!
